Within the Houston zip codes mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Please contact us if your delivery is for the Greater Houston but your zip code does not appear on our list. We can ship hard goods anywhere in the US. Please contact us for cost. We cannot ship plants outside the Greater Houston.Back to top


How much is the delivery?
Free delivery with $99 purchase inside the Houston Beltway 8. Free delivery with $199 purchase outside the Houston Beltway 8 but within the zip code list mentioned in our Shipping Policy. $14.99 delivery under $99 purchase inside the Houston Beltway 8. $24.99 delivery under $199 purchase outside the Houston Beltway 8 but within the zip code list mentioned in our Shipping Policy. We have a no hassle return policy. We will exchange either one or both. If you are not entirely satisfied, call us within 5 days and we will refund your purchase including the delivery fees.Back to top


Do you have a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum if you come and pick up your purchase. For deliveries, there is a purchase minimum of $49.Back to top


Is my plant guaranteed to stay alive and beautiful?
Our plants are the best quality available. With the proper care and adequate light, your plant will stay beautiful. Unless you use our maintenance services, we do not guarantee your plants.Back to top


Why don't you answer the phones on weekends?
Our hours are not retail hours but business hours. (Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00) If you cannot reach us, please contact us via Emails and we will contact you usually within a few hours.Back to top


Can I see the plants before buying?
Yes of course. Our warehouse is located at 5221 Center St. Houston TX 77007. We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Please call us to arrange a visit for evenings and weekends.Back to top


Why don't you ship plants outside Houston?
We would love to ship plants all over the United States but plants are fragile and they require to be shipped overnight to avoid heat or cold damage. The cost of shipping overnight would be more than the cost of the plant. If you live outside our delivery zone, we recommend that you contact a local interiorscaper to find the plant you are wanting to buy.Back to top
